Arval

Our brief for the new space was to encourage the staff back into the office in preference to working from home. The business relies on mentoring between new recruits and the existing staff, and it was critical that the new space delivered the opportunity for formal and informal interaction between colleagues.

The playful and welcoming design ensures that employees feel valued and the new environment is inclusive of all team members. Work areas are un-allocated and connectivity has been improved through innovative AV solutions, collaborative and social spaces.

Hillview Group – 76 Wellington Street

Grosvenor – Ship Canal House

After completing feasibility studies as part of the Savills team, we were appointed by the landlord Grosvenor to undertake the interior design for the CAT A and B refurbishment of this prominent heritage building in Manchester city centre.

Binary Phase II

The brief for this space was developed with the client team in London alongside local building surveyor agents on the ground in Manchester.

The market for this type of space has become very popular post-pandemic, with clients looking to relocate to smaller offices where the fit-out and furniture is rentalised as part of their lease.
